At the AGM last Thursday it was agreed that the members would like a Christmas lunch/get together. As a result and after further discussions with members of the committee l have provisionally booked a Christmas lunch for us.

The date for the lunch is Tuesday 12th December at the Seabirds Restaurant Flamborough, at 12noon. We realise that this date may not be suitable to you all but we had to choose a date and hope as many of you as possible can make it.

The lunch is a 2 course Christmas menu (traditional Christmas Dinner and Dessert) for £12.95, however you can opt out of the Christmas menu and choose from the 2 course lunch menu of the day, which at the moment is £8.95. If anyone requires gluten free, vegetarian meals please let me know.

Can l please ask that you let me know by 22nd October via email or phone if you would like to go in order that we can give Seabirds final numbers asap. If l have not heard from you by the 22nd l will presume you will not be coming along.

At this moment in time no deposit is required but this may change. I will be in touch before the 12th to ask for your choice in menu as the Seabirds require this before the day.
